Be honest: there's no established competitive rowing for a teen in Cebu (some dragon-boat paddling, not sculling/sweep). But the watersports are outstanding — sailing, kayaking, SUP, freediving and world-class scuba on the doorstep — a natural pivot from rowing to on-water sport.
